1 Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the SkyVPN mobile application and related services provided by Kavindu Yasintha Silva Sobanahandi under the SkysoFTlk name ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using SkyVPN, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 The Service
SkyVPN provides VPN connectivity intended to help users improve connection privacy and security. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Connection speed, server availability, compatibility, and access to third-party websites or services may vary.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service when reasonably necessary.
3 Lawful and Acceptable Use
You may use SkyVPN only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
You must not use the Service for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized activity, or attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse SkyVPN or any third-party system.

SkyVPN may display advertising and use third-party services, including advertising, analytics, and app infrastructure providers. These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Current disclosures and links for services such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Meta/Facebook Audience Network are available in our Privacy Policy.
5 Intellectual Property
SkyVPN, SkysoFTlk branding, app content, designs, and related materials are owned by us or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6 Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service when we reasonably believe these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or the rights or safety of others have been violated.
You may stop using SkyVPN at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the app.
7 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or that SkyVPN will make every website, service, or location available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, third-party conduct, or misuse of the Service.
8 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted on this page. Continued use of SkyVPN after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
