1 Purpose of SkyVPN

SkyVPN is provided for lawful privacy, security, and personal internet protection purposes only. The Service is intended to help users protect their connection on public Wi-Fi, improve privacy, and browse more securely.

SkyVPN must not be used to hide, assist, or carry out illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

2 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they use SkyVPN and for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, regulations, platform terms, and third-party rights.

Using a VPN does not make illegal activity legal. Users must not rely on SkyVPN to avoid responsibility for unlawful or harmful conduct.

3 Prohibited Activities

You must not use SkyVPN, directly or indirectly, to do any of the following:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or legal obligation.
• Commit fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, or financial abuse.
• Hack, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, server, or device.
• Create, distribute, host, or transmit malware, spyware, ransomware, botnets, viruses, or harmful code.
• Send spam, abusive traffic, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defame, or harm another person or organization.
• Distribute, access, or promote child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, terrorism, violent extremism, or other illegal content.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Bypass lawful restrictions in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms of service.
• Use SkyVPN for any activity that damages SkysoFTlk, SkyVPN, other users, networks, service providers, or the public internet.

4 No Responsibility for User Misuse

SkysoFTlk does not authorize, encourage, support, or accept responsibility for any illegal or abusive use of SkyVPN by users. Any misuse of SkyVPN is the responsibility of the user who performs it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkysoFTlk, its owner, developers, partners, and service providers are not liable for user conduct, user-generated activity, third-party claims, losses, damages, penalties, or legal consequences arising from a user's misuse of SkyVPN.

5 Enforcement

If we become aware of suspected misuse, abuse, or prohibited activity, we may take appropriate action. This may include restricting access, removing access, investigating abuse reports, preserving information where legally required, or cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.

We may also update this policy when needed to protect users, the Service, SkysoFTlk, and the public internet.
